Teams and roles

A workspace can have several members. What a member can do is decided by the role you give them in that workspace — for example who may only view posts, who may write them, and who may publish.

• Invite members from the workspace’s team screen.
• A role is given per workspace, so the same person can manage one brand and only view another.
• API tokens and AI assistants act as the person who created them: a token can never do more than its owner may do in that workspace.
